Question 1

Does this replace our SDR team?

Accepted Answer

No. The agents handle first responses and routine follow-up. Your reps get qualified conversations with a written brief, and they take over at the points you choose.

Question 2

Can we control what the agents say?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You approve the message library, list topics the agents must hand to a person, and choose which steps need approval before anything is sent.
