These terms are not the contract for the agent platform. That is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls for the work it covers.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
